Charming And Friendly Victorian Influenced Cottage
The Shadybridge Lake Cabin Home has 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. The cheerful covered front porch is an excellent place to enjoy the outdoors. This charming cottage style home is the perfect spot for low-maintenance vacation living including a front covered porch for enjoying the outdoors. There is one main room that combines the living and dining area together with the kitchen nearby. In order to respect the building code and also meet the multiple needs of customers, when this plan is ordered you will have two versions of the cottage design included. The first version will include an uninsulated and unheated version for seasonal use only (3 seasons). The walls are 2"x4", the floor joists are 2"x8" and the rafters are 2"x8" for the roof. The second version is an insulated and heated version for permanent occupation (4 seasons). The walls are 2"x6", the floor joists are 2"x10" and the roof is designed with roof trusses. Both versions are provided on screw piles to ensure stability.
