The Kerby Hill Craftsman Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
It appears to be a charming little home, complete with board-and-batten siding, cedar shingle accents, and a columned covered porch. However, a brief look inside reveals that this design has much more to offer. The entry foyer welcomes you with its impressive nine-foot ceiling. To one side, there’s a washer/dryer nook alongside a closet, while the other side offers another spacious storage area. Further down the hallway, you'll find an additional closet (because you can never have too much storage!).
