The Watervista Vacation Home has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. This terrific cottage/cabin style home is the perfect design featuring plenty of windows for added sunlight and a covered front porch adding great curb appeal. There is one main room that combines the living and dining area together with the kitchen nearby. The bedroom is large enough for several beds making it perfect for a vacation getaway. In order to respect the building code and also meet the multiple needs of customers, when this plan is ordered you will have two versions of the cottage design included. The first version will include an uninsulated and unheated version for seasonal use only (3 seasons). The walls are 2"x4", the floor joists are 2"x8" and the rafters are 2"x8" for the roof. The second version is an insulated and heated version for permanent occupation (4 seasons). The walls are 2"x6", the floor joists are 2"x10" and the roof is designed with roof trusses. Both versions are provided on screw piles to ensure stability.
