      The Newbury Craftsman Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. At just over 3,000 square feet, craftsman details make this one and a half story home a real charmer. An open-concept floor plan combines the kitchen, nook and great rooms to create a spacious living area large enough for entertaining. A screen porch and back deck is accessed off the nook to add additional living space to the home. The master suite lies to the back left of the home and features a tray ceiling, spacious walk-in closet and Jacuzzi tub.
