The Hamilton Creek Green Home has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. This home uses perimeter insulation called icynene spray foam insulation that reduces heating and cooling bills. Built with energy efficient windows and doors. Dimmer switches used on all lighting fixtures to conserve energy. Plan uses low flow plumbing fixtures including toilets and faucets. Geothermal heating and cooling system that provides 30% tax credit on the installed cost of the system. The oversized porch enjoys a built-in sink and grill space for cooking outdoors. The second floor sitting room makes a great spot for a computer area. Two sets of double doors lead from the dining area to the covered porch creating a great set-up when entertaining.
