The best thing to do before purchasing a plan is to contact local builders/ contractors and consult them about their pricing, as this will give you the most accurate pricing for your area. Exterior/interior finishes, cabinet materials, finish flooring etc. are all customer selected, so if you choose to use a higher grade material, it will have an effect on the base cost.
