Sauna/Hot Tub

A sauna is an ancient Finnish word referring to a Traditional Finnish bath and is a small room or separate house designed as a place to experience dry or wet heat steam sessions. Usually over 176 degrees Fahrenheit, this extreme heat promotes perspiration and induces relaxation. Also perfect for relaxation, a hot tub is defined as a pool of heated water used for soaking, relaxation, massage or hydrotherapy. Hot tubs are usually located outdoors and sheltered for privacy. For health reasons, hot tubs and saunas must be well sanitized because of the extreme heat. Organisms thrive in these warm environments. Keep ongoing maintenance in mind.
