The Mendell Plantation Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. The huge double level balcony is the center of attention to this exterior. The foyer then opens to an enormous great room with centered fireplace. The sun room/screened porch is a great extension off the living space in the great room to the outdoors. Space for five people to casually dine can be found at the extended kitchen counter. For a more casual dining the breakfast room connects to the kitchen and includes a window seat. The laundry/hobby room includes extras such as plenty of counterspace and a built-in desk for sewing.
