The Simon Ranch Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath. A tray ceiling entry spills into the great room with center fireplace flanked by doors leading to the outdoor deck. A grand-scale kitchen features bay-shaped cabinetry built over an atrium that overlooks the two-story window wall and a center island that seats four.
